Brickwork and Multi-Skills Lecturer Position

The college is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Lecturer to join its team of tutors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to students on brickwork or multi-skills courses.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective teaching to students on brickwork or multi-skills courses.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of industry standards and best practice.
- Contribute to curriculum development and respond to industry needs.
- Manage and tutor courses, ensuring learners meet their targets.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent qualifications.
- Level 3 qualification in a Construction trade (brickwork or multi-skills).
- Relevant industry experience.
- Teaching experience in FE is ideal but not essential.
- GCSE grade C or equivalent in English & Maths.
What We Offer:
- Salary: £33,487 - £39,341 per annum.
