We are looking for skilled Functional Safety Engineers to enhance our team's capabilities at Expleo Group UK Jobs.

This position offers the chance to work on diverse automotive projects, delivering functional safety engineering solutions for clients throughout the UK.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide consulting services to enable clients' functional safety activities.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative functional safety solutions.
  • Typical Deliverables:
  • ISO 26262 Activities primarily within Part 6 – Product Development at the Software Level.
  • Process improvement (Expleo).
  • Support the creation of best practice working procedures for functional safety activities.
  • Coach and train engineers on functional safety deliverables.

Essential Experience:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in applying ISO 26262 on automotive systems, with an emphasis on Part 6 – Product Development at the Software Level.
  • Ability to interpret and apply ISO 26262 requirements and recommendations effectively.
  • Desirable Qualifications:
  • Understanding of automotive electrical architectures, including the AUTOSAR standard.
  • Experience with GSN, MSOSA, JIRA, Confluence, ASPICE.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A salary range of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, based on experience.
