Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Administrator to join our team at Hamilton House. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will provide a warm welcome and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for updating records and various Housing IT systems, arranging meetings, taking minutes, and circulating meeting documentation. You will also respond to letters, phone calls, and memoranda, manage the team's inbox and workflow in-tray, and assist with the raising of purchase orders and invoices to suppliers and sub-contractors.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in business administration, working closely with our team to deliver high-quality services to the residents of Lincoln.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update records and Housing IT systems
  • Arrange meetings and take minutes

Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Housing IT systems
Estimated Salary

£22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience
