Sales Leadership Opportunity

beBee Professionals is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the UK. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, estimated at £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Training and mentoring sales staff, providing support and professional development.
  • Collaborating with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
