Project Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our team at BB Partnership - Chartered Architects in North London.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs and projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of residential projects, including one-off high-end houses and multiple unit schemes.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective presentations.
  • Coordinate with external consultants and manage project-related matters to conclusion.
  • Undertake contract administration and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Lead a small in-house team and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • 5 years' post-Part III work experience in the UK residential sector.
  • Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Planning framework.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with experience on live projects in the UK.
  • Excellent design skills and ability to deliver high-quality designs across various scales.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workload for a small team.
  • Effective reporting and communication skills, with excellent English written and verbal skills.
  • NBS specification writing and 3D modeling experience (SketchUp).
