Project Architect Job in Central London

We are seeking a skilled Project Architect to join our team in Central London. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for working on bespoke, high-end conservation and heritage projects throughout London and the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on a variety of projects, including historical buildings, London estates, large country estates, and grade-listed buildings.
  • Collaborate with clients, including site visits and surveys.
  • Conduct project research and lead small project teams on various conservation projects.
  • Report to the Associate Directors on project progress.
  • Produce high-quality design and technical drawings, with detailed joinery fittings in a traditional style.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in bespoke detailing on traditional, high-end or classical projects.
  • Part III qualified or Part II qualified with extensive experience from stage 4 onwards.
  • Contract administration and technical knowledge.
  • Passion for classical and traditional architecture.
  • Experience in the preservation and refurbishment of historic buildings.
What We Offer:
  • Salary of £38,000 - £50,000 DOE.
  • 21 days of holiday, plus bank holidays and discretionary leave over Christmas.
  • No staff are expected to work overtime, but if offered they will pay this at an increased rate.
