Job Title: Senior Data Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our team at LGC Group. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative data processes, optimizing our Enterprise Data Platform, and leveraging AI and Machine Learning innovations within our central data platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop data pipelines and architectures to meet evolving business needs
  • Optimize our Enterprise Data Platform to improve data quality and performance
  • Leverage AI and Machine Learning innovations to drive business insights and decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data-related projects
  • Develop and maintain data models and metadata systems to enhance data consumer productivity
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience with SQL, DBT, and Snowflake
  • Advanced proficiency in Python for developing applications and data pipelines
  • Experience in hybrid cloud-enabled end-to-end data architecture
  • Strong knowledge of analytical model design and development
  • Excellent communication skills for discussing business processes with non-technical users
