Overview
Command Recruitment is seeking an experienced and cultured Car Sales Executive to join their stable team at a prestigious site in St Albans.
This role offers the ideal candidate a unique opportunity to be part of an award-winning dealer group, utilizing cutting-edge technology to sell New and Used cars to retail customers.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will focus on ensuring all customers receive a consistent approach to our sales process, prioritizing a full 360-degree customer experience.
You will be responsible for effectively implementing our client's sales processes and managing enquiries, guiding customers through the sales journey from initial welcome to negotiation and close.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering first-class customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Utilizing excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers
- Motivating yourself to achieve and exceed targets
- Negotiating and influencing skills to identify and close sales
- Fulfilling the requirements of a full UK driving license
Package Details
As a member of our team, you can expect:
- A competitive market-leading basic salary of £22,500, with top performers earning up to £65,000 OTE

Working Hours
- 9am - 6pm weekdays
- 9am - 5pm Saturday
- 10am - 4pm Sunday
- One day off (Monday to Friday)
- Two or four Sundays off
