We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Venatu Recruitment Group. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in the industrial markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and customer interactions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other means.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the industrial markets and the needs of our customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements
