Job Title: Nursery Manager

At Busy Bees Nursery, we're seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to lead our team. As a Nursery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating enriching experiences for our children, while managing and supporting a team of professionals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Quality Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements in educational programs and operational procedures, ensuring high-quality care and education for our children.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, maintaining a secure environment for children and their families.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the budget and resources effectively, ensuring the smooth operation of our nursery.
  • Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and the local community, promoting a sense of belonging and partnership.
  • Professional Development: Encourage continuous team development, providing opportunities for growth and learning to ensure the best care and education for our children.
