We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to fill the position of Nursery Director. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of our children and contributing to the overall success of our nursery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Inspire and motivate your team towards excellence.
• Quality Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements in educational programs and operational procedures.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and maintain a secure environment for children.
• Financial Management: Oversee the budget and resources effectively.
• Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and the local community.
• Professional Development: Encourage continuous team development to provide the best care and education.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is £33,000 per annum. We offer a range of benefits, including 50% off childcare, free breakfast and lunch, sanitary products, SSSC membership fee paid, award-winning CPD opportunities, 33 days holiday per year (inc bank holidays), and much more.
