About the Role

TalentNeuron is a leading HR analytics platform that empowers organizations to make informed decisions about their workforce. As a Senior Workforce Strategy Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping global talent strategies and practices by leveraging data-driven insights and influencing industry perspectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead consulting engagements with clients to assess, design, and implement global talent strategies that align with their business objectives and enhance organizational performance.
  • Utilize workforce analytics tools and methodologies to analyze talent data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for workforce and talent strategy.
  • Develop and execute prospect identification and targeted outreach to introduce our services, generate leads, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, client engagement, and marketing teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of potential opportunities and track progress through various stages of the sales and consulting cycle.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience as a HR practitioner or in strategic talent consulting or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions and demonstrating thought leadership in HR consulting, global talent management practices, workforce planning, or related fields.
  • Deep knowledge and expertise in the use of labor market analytics, with a strong portfolio of successful projects or practices and thought leadership contributions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in workforce analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire and mentor team members, and drive initiatives forward.
