Roadside Rescue Technician

As a Roadside Rescue Mechanic with The AA, you'll be the first line of defense for our customers in need. With a passion for vehicle maintenance and repair, you'll provide top-notch service and support to ensure our members are back on the road quickly and safely.
What You'll Do:
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues, from routine maintenance to complex breakdowns
- Work independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Drive to various locations in all weather conditions, using your own vehicle and equipment
- Communicate effectively with customers, explaining repairs and providing reassurance
What You'll Need:
- NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience
- A full category B driving licence, with 6 points or less
- Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
