Roadside Rescue Technician

We're seeking a skilled Roadside Rescue Technician to join our team at The AA. As a key member of our roadside rescue team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our members.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to roadside breakdowns and provide technical assistance to our members
- Work independently and as part of a team to resolve technical issues
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide reassurance and explain technical information
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture
- NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience
- A full category B driving licence, with 6 points or less
- Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Free breakdown cover from day one
- 23 days' holiday (increasing with service) plus Bank Holidays
