We're seeking a seasoned Site Manager to lead our projects from start to finish. If you have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role:

As a Site Manager, you'll be responsible for planning and coordinating works with our Construction Project Manager. You'll ensure that all CDM checklist requirements are met, and effectively manage self-delivered work and subcontracted packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement project plans, including coordination of works and resource allocation
  2. Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and industry standards
  3. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, including inductions and HSEQ inspections
  4. Draft and issue RAMS and permits, and adapt generic ITPs to site-specific requirements
  5. Submit material and labour requisitions, and manage plant hire and off-hire
  6. Maintain a site diary and report on any deviations from the cost forecast or scope of works
Qualifications:

We're looking for someone with experience working with DNOs, such as SSEN, and a strong understanding of substation projects and NEC3 contracts. You'll also need experience in a similar role, with Streetworks (NRSWA) Supervisor, SSSTS/SMSTS accreditations, and a health and safety qualification such as IOSH. A full and valid driving license is essential for this role, as you'll be required to travel between sites.
