Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate works with the Construction Project Manager to ensure smooth project execution.
  2. Implement CDM checklist requirements to ensure compliance.
  3. Effectively manage self-delivered work and subcontracted packages.
  4. Conduct inductions and HSEQ inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
  5. Draft and issue RAMS and permits as required.
  6. Adapt generic ITPs to site-specific permanent works and collate evidence for closure.
  7. Submit material and labour requisitions, as well as hire and off-hire plant.
  8. Maintain a site diary of compensation events and report any deviations from the cost forecast or scope of works.
Qualifications:
  1. Experience working with a DNO such as SSEN and an understanding of substation projects and NEC3 contracts.
  2. Experience in a similar role, along with Streetworks (NRSWA) Supervisor, SSSTS/SMSTS accreditations, and a health and safety qualification such as IOSH.
  3. A full and valid driving license is essential for site visits.
