Location: Edinburgh (2-3 Office days per week)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Data Quality Manager to join our team at KDR Talent Solutions. As a Data Quality Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the Data Quality Framework, ensuring that our data is accurate, complete, and consistent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a Data Quality Management framework that aligns with industry best practices and meets the needs of our business.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data quality rules and business logic, ensuring that our data is fit for purpose across the organization.
  • Design and implement data profiling and metadata management processes to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and maintain data quality metrics and dashboards to track and measure data quality performance.
  • Work with the business to identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring that our data is reliable and trustworthy.

Requirements:

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills to work with the business and ensure that our data quality framework is fit for purpose.
  • Experience with data profiling and metadata management tools, such as Ataccama, Informatica, or IDQ.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau to create data quality dashboards and scorecards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • Experience working with large and complex businesses in the financial services industry.
