We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Guest Relations Administrator to join our team at Conrad London St James. As a key member of our Guest Relations team, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience, from initial contact to departure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Guest Relations team, including handling guest communications, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless execution of guest requests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and personalized experience for our guests.
  • Identify and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the hotel's reputation and drive business growth.
  • Monitor online reviews and respond promptly to guest feedback to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
