At Mace, we're passionate about delivering exceptional cost management services that drive business success. As a Cost Consultant in our Quantity Surveying team, you'll play a key role in supporting clients across various sectors, from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and contract selection to ensure optimal project outcomes.
  • Develop expertise in value management techniques to drive cost savings and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, warranties, bonds, and licenses to ensure compliance and minimize liabilities.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

About You:
  • A recent or future graduate with a RICS-accredited bachelor's degree or higher in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
