Job Summary

Mitchell Adam is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-time Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the full end-to-end payroll process for both weekly and monthly staff, ensuring all reconciliations are completed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage timesheets, reconciliations, and invoices for staff
  • Provide exceptional communication skills to manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and experience with SAGE/Xero to perform payroll tasks
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of payroll transactions
  • Work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure seamless payroll operations

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar payroll position with knowledge of timesheets, reconciliations, and invoices
  • Fantastic communication skills to manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SAGE/Xero
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage high-volume work
  • Ability to work autonomously with close attention to detail
