About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified teacher who can provide high-quality education to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored lesson plans to meet the needs of students with SEND
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
  • Provide individualized support to students with SEND, including behavioral and academic support
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure a smooth transition for students

Requirements:

We are looking for a qualified teacher with experience in teaching students with SEND. The ideal candidate will have:

Strong knowledge of SEND policies and proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a teamPassion for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment
