Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to join our team at Hunter Mason Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing projects from set-up to handover and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  3. Client Liaison: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Site Safety: Ensure all site safety protocols are implemented and maintained, including the management of risk assessments, method statements, and safety inspections.
  5. Resource Planning: Plan and manage the allocation of resources, including materials, labor, and sub-contractors, to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  6. Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present regular project reports to clients and stakeholders, ensuring they are informed of project progress, milestones, and any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Proven experience in construction project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. Qualifications: Hold a relevant qualification in construction management, such as a degree in construction management or a related field.
  3. Skills: Possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Certifications: Hold relevant certifications, such as SMSTS and CSCS, and be willing to obtain any additional certifications required for the role.
