School Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled School Operations Coordinator to join our team at Pro-Found Recruitment Solutions. This role will involve supporting the Assistant Principal - Curriculum, Assessment and Raising Standards in delivering high-quality business intelligence and management information.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining SIMS, Assessment Manager, SISRA, and other software to provide tracking, monitoring, and analysis to teachers, Faculty Leaders, and the Senior Leadership Team. You will also be responsible for designing, developing, and producing complex marksheets and report templates.

You will ensure that the Senior Leadership Team, Faculty Leaders, Achievement Coordinators, and other staff receive accurate and timely analyses and reports relating to College and student performance as per the assessment calendar.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills. You will have experience of using IT systems for inputting, retrieving, and analysing data, as well as experience in the use of School Management Information Systems (SIMS) and other school data systems.
