Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our establishment. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members to ensure efficient operations
- Train and mentor team members to maintain high-quality standards
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the establishment
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving productivity and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in food production, food preparation, or restaurant industry preferred
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations
- Proven ability to effectively supervise and manage a diverse team
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in hospitality, hotel, or bartending industry is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.10-£12.09 per hour
