Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Front of House Receptionist to join our team at Recruitment Partnership UK & Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales experience, with the ability to advertise on social media.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 9-3 pm, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £11.50 per hour and negotiable.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for answering and directing incoming calls from customers, issuing bills/invoices for payments, managing inventory orders, maintaining clear and accurate records, and liaising with necessary staff.

Additional duties include maintaining a neat and orderly front desk and reception area, managing the front of house system, and updating online platforms (website/social media).

Requirements
  1. Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles
  2. Ability to advertise on social media
  3. Polite and mannerly demeanor
  4. Positive, friendly, and can-do attitude
  5. Excellent communication and organisational skills

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in admin duties and be confident in using Microsoft Office.
