Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Food and Beverage Team as a Team Member. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to a high standard
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues promptly

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work as part of a team
