About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Bishopstrow. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and bar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Restaurant and Bar Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant and bar, including staff management and guest service.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Take ownership of leading by example and promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Work closely with senior management to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
  • Contribute to the development of menus and promotions to drive sales and revenue growth.
