About the Role
As a Lifeboat Trainer with RNLI, you will play a crucial part in delivering operational maritime search & rescue skills and safety training to our volunteer lifeboat crews. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your practical boating experience with instructional skills to make a real difference in saving lives at sea.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver training across a range of vessels, ensuring high standards are met in topics such as Seamanship, Navigation, Searching, Boat Handling, and Command.
* Assess performance and report on individual progress, while maintaining the training lifeboats and associated equipment in good working order.

Requirements
* A valid driving license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to satisfy the Institution's medical and eyesight standards.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and course participants.

Benefits
* Competitive salary: £37,030 - £43,565 (dependent on experience).
* 26 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
