Transformative Banking Expert

We're seeking an experienced banking expert to lead a high-profile digital transformation project for a prominent financial institution based in Central London. This role is with a well-established player in the industry undergoing a significant upgrade and modernisation of its core banking system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead the internal project management function for the core banking migration using best practices, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
  • System Migration: Oversee the migration and modernisation of a core banking system (Temenos T24/Transact), ensuring a smooth transition by managing both internal teams and partner resources.
  • Team Collaboration: Drive the project forward through effective collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation, leveraging strong leadership and team management skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience managing multiple core banking system migrations, particularly Temenos T24/Transact.
  • Expertise in JBase to SQL, TAFC+ to TAFJ migration, and managing desktop client upgrades.
  • Familiarity with UK financial regulations and relevant project management methodologies.
  • PMP or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
  • Comfortable working onsite in Central London for the duration of the project.

Salary Range: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
