The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product+ Senior Scientist to drive key prioritized activities across the Product+ vertical in digital therapeutics and diagnostics. This role exists to support driving forward the science & technology partnerships, enable the product+ vertical to deliver key solutions and opportunities for proof of interest and proof of science key milestones leading to engagement with Categories/BUs and potential Gate 1 integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, drive, and deliver key milestones in moving chosen product+ activities forward and translate portfolio into stakeholder engagement for Categories/BUs.
  • Promote sharing and reapplying of best practices, supporting communication internally and externally to build program deliverables and credibility/thought leadership.
  • Build, engage, and nurture internal and external networks to create early signal radar on new science & technology relevant for rapid milestone progressing within the Product+ vertical.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science - Chemistry, Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, or Biological science.
  • 5+ years in FMCG or Healthcare.
  • Experience in science & Technology management/partnerships.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including strategic thinking.
  • Communication and influencing skills, ability to lead change.
  • Commercially savvy.
