The Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Product+ Senior Scientist to join our team. As a key member of the Product+ Platform, you will drive the key prioritized activities across the Product+ vertical in digital therapeutics and diagnostics. Your primary focus will be on supporting the science & technology partnerships, enabling the product+ vertical to deliver key solutions and opportunities for proof of interest and proof of science key milestones. You will also curate the Product+ learnings/portfolio for transfer as required/decided to BUs/Categories.
Responsibilities
- Build, drive, and deliver key milestones in moving chosen product+ activities forward and translate portfolio into stakeholder engagement for Categories/BUs.
- Promote sharing and reapplying of best practices. Support communication internally and externally to build program deliverables and credibility/thought leadership.
- Build, engage, and nurture with internal and external networks to create early signal radar on new science & technology relevant for rapid milestone progressing within the Product+ vertical.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science - Chemistry, Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, or Biological science.
- 5+ years in FMCG or Healthcare.
- Experience in science & Technology management/partnerships.
- Excellent analytical skills, including strategic thinking.
- Communication and influencing skills, ability to lead change.
- Commercially savvy.
