About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Penny Cook Recruitment. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of a new restaurant opening in Bath, including people, stocks, and finances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all day-to-day operations, including people, stocks, and finances.

Requirements:

  • A strong people manager with the ability to recruit, lead, coach, train, and motivate a team to deliver results.
  • Financially and commercially astute with the ability to manage a P&L, costs, budgets, wastage, and labor.
