As a Funeral Service Arranger, you will be the welcoming presence representing our company across our portfolio of funeral homes, extending a warm hand to those facing loss and offering support during what may be one of life's toughest moments.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with clients to arrange funerals, planning every personalized detail and offering the full range of services and products that fully address their needs.
- Communicate regularly with clients through various channels, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Ensure that deceased individuals at our branch are regularly attended to and respectfully presented for client visits.
- Prepare in advance for client visits, offering a warm and appropriate welcome and level of support.
- Accurately manage administrative duties, communicate with stakeholders effectively, and provide a high attention to detail.
- Train in Funeral Plan Consulting and support families to create their bespoke funeral plans.
- Be mobile and flexible, working across different locations in the local area as required to meet the needs of our customers.
- Exceptional communication and administrative abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, to ensure strict adherence to regulatory policies and procedures.
- Emotionally intelligent, taking pride in providing supportive customer care under sensitive circumstances.
- Reliable, well-presented, and aiming for high standards in their job role.

- Annual salary of £28,561.98.
