Job Title: Academy Talent Scout

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Academy Talent Scout to join our team at Brighton & Hove Albion FC. As a key member of our scouting department, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting talented young players in the Eastbourne area to supply our development centre program.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and recruit talented young players in the Eastbourne area
* Attend games and matches to assess player talent
* Maintain accurate records of games attended and player assessments
* Collaborate with our development centre team to ensure seamless integration of new players

Requirements:

* Strong understanding of the Academy system and professional football environment
* FA Talent ID Level 1 Award and valid FA Safeguarding Children Workshop Certificate
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
