Academy Strength & Conditioning Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our Academy team at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with our talented young players and contribute to their development as elite athletes. As a Strength and Conditioning Coach, you will be responsible for designing and delivering strength and conditioning programs that support the club's strategic objectives and the Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP).

You will work closely with our coaching staff to ensure that all coaching is aligned with the club's vision and values. Your expertise in Strength and Conditioning will be essential in helping our players achieve their full potential and succeed in the highest levels of football.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver strength and conditioning programs for our Academy players
  • Work closely with coaching staff to ensure alignment with the club's strategic objectives and EPPP
  • Conduct research to provide clinical-based evidence for current and new strength and conditioning practices
  • Participate in key topic research to support the development of our players
About You

We are looking for someone who has a strong background in Strength and Conditioning, with experience in working with elite athletes. You must be able to work well as part of a team, remain calm under pressure, and hold an undergraduate degree in Sports Science or Strength & Conditioning. UKSCA Accreditation is also essential.
