**Job Title:** International Payroll Expert

We are seeking an experienced International Payroll Expert to join our team at Oakleaf Partnership. As an integral part of our Payroll & Benefits function, you will be responsible for assisting with EMEA payrolls via outsourced vendors on a hybrid basis.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's exposure to EMEA payroll and benefits administration and possess advanced knowledge of Excel. You will also be responsible for reconciling any discrepancies in each monthly process and escalating any issues to management or third parties.

**Salary:** Up to £210 per day

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing all payments, including statutory payments, pension contributions, and salary sacrifice schemes for international payrolls.
  • Supporting and reviewing the monthly payroll and benefits activities of mobile employees on temporary assignments.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in EMEA payroll and benefits administration.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
