At Job&Talent Careers, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers. We are now looking for a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team in Kirton Lindsey.

The successful candidate will work with one of the UK's largest and most well-known British retail groups, playing a key role in ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Picking and packing sporting goods across the warehouse

Loading and unloading stock and pallets across the warehouse

Performing other general warehouse duties as required

Physical Requirements

The role demands a moderate level of physical activity on a daily basis, including standing, lifting, and bending.

Work Schedule

DAYS & AFTERS ROTATING ROTA: Any 5 from 7 shifts (including weekends)

Including site H&S induction and comprehensive training for all successful candidates

Salary and Benefits

  • Pay Rates: Up to £11.50 per hour (days), Up to £12.25 per hour (evenings)
  • Overtime (Saturday & Sunday): Additional £1 per hour

Terms and Conditions

  • Total Annual Hours: 1500 hours based on full-time working hours
  • Annual Leave Entitlement: Based on full-time working hours

Compensation Package

Estimated Salary: £26,048 - £30,244 per annum
