Architectural Metalwork Estimator Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Metalwork Estimator to join our team at Mitchell Maguire.
About the Role:
As an Architectural Metalwork Estimator, you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed estimates for architectural metalwork projects, working closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Provide detailed estimates for architectural metalwork projects, including materials, labor, and equipment costs
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure accurate estimates and project timelines
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide on-site estimates
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and competitor activity
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Architectural Metalwork Estimator or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural metalwork processes, materials, and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools
