About the Role:

  • You will be working as a key member of our care team to support our residents in their daily routines, providing physical, social, and psychological care under the supervision of our qualified nurses and care team leaders.
  • You will be responsible for helping our residents with morning routines, mealtimes, personal care, and other activities to ensure they get the most out of their day.
  • You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including our residents' GPs, to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • You will be trained by our experienced trainers to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.
  • Essential qualifications include a Level 2 Health and Social Care Diploma/NVQ or working towards, and completion of the Care Certificate or relevant experience.
  • We offer flexible shift patterns, but you must be able to work Wednesday and Friday.
