We are seeking a Relief Pharmacist to provide exceptional patient care and support to our customers across Exeter and surrounding areas. As a Relief Pharmacist, you will have the opportunity to gain confidence quickly, receive flexible work patterns, and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver the pharmacy strategy by providing expert care and advice to customers and patients.
  2. Be accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy, ensuring customer and patient safety is paramount.
  3. Build the pharmacy capability of store teams by providing training and support.
  4. Conduct regular reviews through audit, observations, and risk assessment to maintain high standards of customer and patient care.
  5. Deliver a range of professional pharmacy services, including delivering medication and providing health advice.

Requirements:

  1. Be registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
  2. Demonstrate high levels of professional expertise and be respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers, and external local professionals.
  3. Have a passion for community pharmacy and providing the best care for our customers.
  4. Have excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and the provision of national and local services.
