Key Responsibilities- Client Management: Provide a consistently high level of service to our clients, owning the management of and developing client accounts from an administrative, organizational, and financial management perspective.
- Project Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact on client accounts, delivering a highly responsive service and ensuring that client requirements are met promptly and efficiently.
- Creative Briefing: Collaborate with our Creative team to deliver exceptional creative solutions, actively briefing in, selling in, and safeguarding creative work.
- Project Administration: Manage and carry out all project administrative tasks, including the management of status sheets, contact reports, timing plans, and other relevant documentation.
- Campaign Strategy: Proactively challenge client briefs, lead clients in the development of campaign briefs and overall strategies, and take an active role in the development and implementation of client development plans.
- Project Management: Manage projects effectively and efficiently from brief through to completion, maintaining the highest standards of client servicing, communication, and professionalism.
- Briefing and Timing: Produce a written brief for all pieces of work, supplying relevant background information and key insights, and manage the briefing process, confirming client and internal sign-off before briefing internally.
- Client Communication: Provide clients with clear timing plans, supply updates as necessary, track schedules, anticipate and address any issues with timings/deadlines, and ensure all work is checked and proof-read before sharing with clients.
- Business Objectives: Ensure a sound understanding of Ride Shotgun's Business Objectives and apply this in day-to-day work, contributing to internal governance meetings, including Account Management, Sales, and WIP meetings.
- Financial Management: Ensure appropriate purchase orders are obtained from clients prior to ordering and complete all financial administrative tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
- New Business Development: Assist in the development of new business opportunities and contribute to the new business conversion process as required, meeting with prospective clients, developing presentation content and costs, and/or being part of the pitch team.
- Agency Experience: Solid agency experience is essential, with a proven track record in account management and strategic brand development.
- Brand and Marketing Experience: Experience as an Account Manager/Senior Account Executive with strong brand and marketing experience, confident communication skills to present work to clients and team members.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: The flexibility to work with a wide range of sectors in both B2B and B2C, with attention to detail and the ability to drive projects forward.
