Safeguarding Team Manager Position

Ashberry Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Safeguarding Team Manager to cover sickness absence in their family safeguarding team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and working closely with the compliance team to facilitate registration and placement.
About the Role:
- Manage the family safeguarding team during periods of sickness absence
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and efficiency
- Collaborate with the compliance team to streamline registration and placement processes
Requirements:
- DIPSW or equivalent qualification in Social Work
- Social Work England registration
- Enhanced and in-date DBS certificate
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Flexible approach to work and working hours
