Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Reporting Senior Associate to join our team. As a key member of our regulatory reporting team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of regulatory reports. Your expertise will be essential in identifying, designing, implementing, and rolling out improvements to our regulatory reporting environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure existing regulatory reporting is analyzed and assessed for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Identify and escalate data quality issues, working with colleagues to agree and prioritize remediation programs.
  • Implement data quality validation rules at both pre and post-reporting levels.
  • Partner with compliance and regulatory technology colleagues to understand changes in the regulatory environment.
  • Design and deliver mechanisms for testing regulatory reporting, QA, UAT, and change delivery.
  • Ensure reconciliations are undertaken to evidence stringent oversight and control of regulatory reporting processes and data.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in regulatory reporting, with a strong understanding of risk and controls.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to suit audience.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft applications software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Significant experience in financial markets and regulatory reporting.
