About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.


About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is also essential. Additionally, you should have knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

You will be a team player, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional care. Your person-centred approach and ability to think critically will be invaluable in this role.
