About This Role

Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in Ormskirk. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech and language therapy services to children in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess speech and language needs of students and develop individualized therapy plans.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective communication strategies.
  • Provide guidance and training to school staff on communication techniques.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, making adjustments to therapy plans as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Speech & Language Therapist with relevant degree and experience working with children.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work within a team environment.
