Role Overview:
">We are seeking a Local Government Support Assistant to join our dedicated resource team in North Lanarkshire Council. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with office experience and good organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills to work in a fast-paced administrative environment.
">About the Team:
">You will be working as part of a close-knit team, providing administrative support to our social work team. The successful candidate will have experience of working with IT systems, including Microsoft software packages, and will be confident in dealing with enquiries from the public and partner agencies, preparing letters and reports, and cash handling.

Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have some knowledge or experience of working in an office environment, good organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills, and a working knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft software packages. A full package of learning and development opportunities is available through our Learning Academy, LearnNL.
">Salary and Benefits:
">The salary for this role is £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience), with 27 days annual leave and 6 public holidays*. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including access to our Learning Academy, LearnNL, and a flexible working policy.
