About the Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to join BAE Systems Submarines as an Engineering Manager - Integration and Verification in our Whole Boat Systems Integration team in Coventry.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical solutions that meet customer requirements and regulatory standards. This includes managing technical requirements, testing, and verification processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage technical requirements, testing, and verification processes to ensure compliance with customer requirements and regulatory standards
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members on integration, verification, and validation activities
- Leverage systems experience and knowledge to develop and implement effective technical solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a STEM subject
- Experience and knowledge in Requirements and Integration Verification and Validation (IVV) of products
- Experience in carrying out test facilitation
- Handling of defects in test reports
- Authoring of test specifications
Salary and Benefits:
