Job Title: Senior Requirements Engineer

Location: UK, with opportunities for travel within the country and abroad.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Requirements Engineer to join our Warhead Systems Engineering Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing systems engineering support to projects, programmes, and portfolios across our enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply systems thinking in a technical role to drive innovation and improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and develop requirements for complex projects and systems
  • Develop and use tools and techniques to conduct impact analysis and assessments
  • Support Subject Matter Experts to define the solution space and capture stakeholder vision
  • Generate and manage Validation & Verification needs and evidence
  • Produce high-quality technical reports, presentations, and project artefacts

Requirements:

  • STEM degree or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in requirements engineering, systems thinking, and stakeholder collaboration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
