Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team at beBee Professionals in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, with a focus on providing strategic financial advice to senior management and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring financial stability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee financial reporting, including month-end and year-end processes, and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management and stakeholders, with a focus on identifying areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in financial analysis, with a strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel, with experience in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
