About the Role

As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for assisting with the care of our children and young people aged 12-17, ensuring that a homely environment is maintained and contributing to meeting each child's physical, emotional, social, and educational needs. You'll build positive relationships with children and support their development, while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and develop less experienced staff
Requirements

We're looking for an experienced Team Leader with a Level 3 Residential Childcare Diploma or equivalent qualification. You'll also need to have a genuine desire to improve lives and promote self-esteem, excellent communication skills, and empathy. Leadership qualities and experience of mentoring and supporting less experienced staff are essential.
